Qualified at a Managing Broker level, she leverages her experience in land sourcing, contracts, and residential real estate to identify and develop underused sites for affordable housing. Her dual perspective—development and management—allows SDP to approach each project thoughtfully, efficiently, and with long-term community impact in mind.
