Debbie Stafford

Debbie joined Silva Management Partners in March 2024 as the Controller. Debbie has worked in various management roles including Director of Finance in the affordable and multi-family housing industry for over 18 years. During her time working with the housing and real estate industry, she has worked for companies with large portfolios with over 10 billion dollars in assets and over 1,000 affordable housing properties throughout the United States. Debbie has wide experience with sectors such as public-private partnerships, commercial, construction and development, low-income housing tax credits, multi-family and low-income residential property management and commercial development.
